My skin has improved and my body has never felt better. It had already shrunk 1mm! I know that sounds tiny but when you’re talking about something growing in the middle of your brain it means a lot! I have stopped all med’s and have been migraine and headache free for almost a month now thanks to you! It showed that the cyst was now only 1.1cm in size. On 08/20/13 just 2.5 short weeks of being GF, I had my follow up MRI. I have followed your plan since the being of August. I found out about “The Maria Way” from some very good friends. I knew I needed to change my life and fast. Not only was the Cyst causing problems, I was on my way to getting Type 2 Diabetes and leaky gut. Their fearful that it will grow thus forcing them to operate, so they shove RX’s at me in hopes that something will help. The doctors are very unhelpful due to where my cyst is located (dead center of my brain). I was given no information from the 2-3 Neurologist that I have seen as to what caused or is “feeding” this. In late July I flew to Colorado in hope of finding some answers and second opinions. “Hi Maria! On 02/15/13 I was diagnosed with a 12mm Pineal Gland Cyst after a sever migraine. “Healthified” Donut = 176 calories, 16.5g fat, 3.6g protein, 3.7g carbs, 2.2g fiberĬLICK HERE TO FIND THE DONUT PAN I USED. Traditional Donut = 311 calories, 15g fat, 3g protein, 43.4g carbs, 0.9g fiber (42.3 effective carbs) In a medium bowl, blend together the sweetener, almond milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Melt together the 6 tablespoons of cocoa and butter set aside to cool. To make the frosting, make erythritol into a powder in a food processor. Drizzle or dunk the baked goods into the glaze. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until a toothpick comes out clean.Meanwhile, melt coconut oil with sweetener and extract. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the whipped whites and then slowly fold in the dry mixture, and fold until well blended.
Combine all the dry ingredients, blend well. Combine the yolks, sweetener, oil/butter and whisk until well-blended. Also added a bit more cocoa powder (I always do!) and heated it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make it more pourable.Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. I made this with hazelnut "milk" and used Frangelico instead of vanilla, the first time, and the second time used water instead of the milk, and Frangelico. This makes a great vegan glaze for cakes. Thankfully after I balanced out the sugar with more cocoa, the vanilla was perfect! There was also too much vanilla extract- as the recipe isn't heated up, there ended up being too much alcohol flavor. This ingredient combo is great! So simple and easy! However the ratios are awful.WAY too much sugar!! I must have at least doubled the amount of the cocoa powder and dribbled in more water as needed. I halved the recipe, and it came out way too thick! I added about half a tbsp more milk, ad then it was fine. I did add an extra 2 teaspoons of milk and 1 extra cherry. I actually doubled the ingredients and instead of vanilla I used cherry to cover a 4 tier chocolate cherry cake. It is perfect if you add 3 tablespoons of milk. I had to use 3 1/2 times the water to make a pourable glaze to go over my Chocolate Bundt Cake with a Cheesecake Filling. I tried this but it tasted a bit dark, What should I do next time? Anyone can make this! I am only 14 and have no cooking expierience whatsoever and it is soooo good! I put it on soybean butter (an imitation of peanut butter for people allergic to it) cookies. I used Hershey's cocoa powder and it was soooo yummy! Also the recipe was a little thick, so I added my "milk" (which is vanilla almond milk which really made it taste good) without measuring, just pouring gradually until it was the desired thickness. This was 100% delicious and I will absolutely make this again. I halved the recipe but added a little extra milk to thin it out a bit. Simple and delicious! Just needs about 2-3 extra Tablespoons of milk! □
How should I store it when there is leftovers? Very good flavor! It works really well with the almond flour doughnuts I made. i cant trust this recipe unless if you tell me because this is not the chocolate glaze.Ībsolutely perfect. Is this the whole recipe? Because i think you are lying, you guys.
